(Denver-AP) -- Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols will get back defense evidence used during his federal trial for use in his upcoming state murder trial.
Federal Judge Richard Matsch in Denver has agreed to return the items, but delayed the release for two weeks pending last-minute objections.
Matsch has previously ordered the release of prosecution evidence.
The defense exhibits include a family photo, books, Nichols' business cards and a purchase order for a doll.
Nichols is to go on trial beginning March 1st in McAlester on 161 state murder charges for his role in the 1995 bombing. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
He's already serving life in prison on federal convictions for the deaths of eight federal agents in the bombing.
