Accused double murderer Scott Eizember will spend this Thanksgiving in the Angelina County, Texas jail.

Doctors at the hospital in Lufkin removed a tube from his chest Wednesday. Sheriffâ€™s deputies plan to move Eizember to jail. He'll stay there until his arraignment on Monday.

If Eizember waives extradition, he could be back in Oklahoma sometime late Monday. The Angelina County Sheriff says Eizember has been cooperative. His legs and arms are restrained.

An armed guard watches him around the clock.
