The state of Oklahoma and a Mississippi towboat company have taken their legal battle over a deadly bridge collapse to a federal appeals court. At issue is whether the towboat company can limit its liability for the collapse of the bridge in 2002.
14 people were killed when a towboat rammed into the I-40 bridge near Webbers Falls.
The towboat company says an 1851 maritime law limits its liability from the state's claims for damages.
