A Fort Gibson teenager who shot and wounded five of his classmates four years ago will be allowed to live with his grandparents in Kansas.

But Seth Trickey will remain in the custody of the Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs.

The Muskogee County District Attorney's office objected to the move, saying it is not convinced that Trickey has taken responsibility for his actions.
