(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Attorney General Drew Edmondson's brother is one of three judges nominated to fill a Supreme Court vacancy.
The Oklahoma Judicial Nominating Commission has suggested District Judge James E. Edmondson of Muskogee, Mayes County Associate District Judge Terry Hayden McBride and Special Judge Richard Woolery of Sapulpa.
Governor Brad Henry must choose one of the nominees to succeed Supreme Court Justice Hardy Summers.
Summers is stepping down January 1st.
Henry has 60 days to make a decision.
