The family of a Tulsa man injured in a hit and run accident is asking for your help.

James Fain was riding a bike to the neighborhood store when witnesses say a truck came around the corner and plowed into him. The 62-year old was found by his wife, confused and bloody.

Fain says all he remembers is the headlights coming at him. He ended up with a broken collarbone, bruised ribs, stitches in his head, and medical bills he can't afford to pay. Though they reported the crime, the Fains say police told them it wasn't likely they'd find the driver. James Fain: "I don't think too much of him, cause I know if I'd hit somebody I would've stayed there."

Janice Fain: "I just want the man caught you know if he'd got out and said let me do whatever I can do it'd be a different story, but he didn't do it."

The hit and run happened on November 5th around 7 o'clock at the corner of 4th and South 36th West Place.

Investigators are looking for a man driving a blue Chevy pickup.
