The News on 6 has learned that about 25 Marines from Broken Arrow are a part of the latest mobilization announced by Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld Wednesday.

This is the first time since Operation Enduring Freedom began that the 3rd Battalion, 24th Marines have been called up.

They're expected to leave in January.
