Power has been fully restored to Tulsa's downtown area. The lights went out on Saturday after a transformer blew up near 11th and Cheyenne.

In a chain reaction, some 700 feet of underground cable was charred. A spokesman with AEP-PSO says crews are still working in the area, but that shouldn't affect electric service.
