Red Ribbon week coincided with America Cares for Children Wednesday at Northeast Elementary in Owasso.

Miss Oklahoma Kelley Scott spoke with the kids about saying no to drugs and living healthy and long lives. Scott also told them to always follow their dreams, so they can be whatever they want to be.
