Rogers State University faculty and staff members will get their first raise in two years.

Regents approved the raises and made them retroactive to July 1st. They average just over 5%. In addition, RSU President Joe Wiley's salary has been bumped to $180,000 a year.

Wiley praised the faculty and staff for accomplishing more with less at a time when RSU made the transition from a community college to a regional university.
