Those California wildfires have some people here in Green Country trying to get back to California to their loved ones.

Daniel Silver flew from Tulsa International Airport. His parents live near Lake Arrowhead, California. They've evacuated their home. Now Silver wants to get home to help them. â€œI talked to my sister and she said it kind of just looks like a bomb went off. From an hour away, all you can see is black smoke so it's kind of sad."

Firefighters aren't sure when they'll bring those fires under control.
