State Insurance Commissioner Carroll Fisher has made the plea of no contest to drunk driving and other charges.

In a Wednesday morning court hearing in Oklahoma City, Fisher was given six months probation and ordered to pay fines and court costs for his arrest in August.

Fisher was caught driving under the influence, transporting an open container and making an illegal right turn. A breath test revealed Fisher has a blood alcohol level of .08.
