(Bartlesville-AP) -- A judge has refused to move the case against a Bartlesville woman accused of enabling sexual abuse.
Dona Garner's husband, Jack Garner, was convicted of child sexual abuse earlier this year and is serving a life prison sentence.
Dona Garner's attorney says there's been extensive local media coverage of the case and that her client can't receive a fair trial in Bartlesville.
Prosecutors say Dona Garner left a minor child in her husband's care knowing he was a sexual predator and that the child would be at risk for sexual abuse.
A judge says her change in venue request will be reconsidered if a jury can't be chosen.
