Oklahoma City Mayor Kirk Humphrey says he'll resign

Oklahoma City Mayor Kirk Humphrey's has made it official. Humphrey's has announced he'll resign as mayor November 3rd to concentrate on his race for US Senate.

He's a Republican and hopes to replace long time senator Don Nickles, who says he won't run for a fifth term.

Democratic Congressman Brad Carson also says he'll run for the seat.
