Fatty diets and poor exercise habits are expanding Oklahomans' waistlines and reducing life spans. State health officials say half of all adults in Oklahoma are overweight. And one in four is classified as obese.
Officials call it the newest public health epidemic. Obesity can lead to diabetes, heart disease, arthritis and other problems.
Officials say we're eating more, moving less and having a snack while trying to figure out how we gained the last ten pounds.
