Just one week before OU-Texas travelers take to I-35 and construction is still not finished between Ardmore and the Arbuckle Mountains.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation says two lanes in both directions should be open by next Friday at 8 AM.

If not, the prime contractor will be penalized $4,000 per lane, per hour. The fines will continue until 8 AM the following Monday.
