A body found under a bridge in rural Creek County a year ago has been identified as that of an Illinois man who was murdered.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says the victim is Dennis Harding of Springfield, Illinois. The OSBI says he was last seen in Tulsa in August of 2001.

A homicide investigation is on going.
