There's new information into the small plane crash that killed 10 men associated with the OSU basketball program.
Inspection records of the plane have resulted in some startling discoveries. The plane went down in a Colorado field in 2001. Court documents show an aircraft inspection company reportedly found 137 problems with the plan, 17 months before the crash. Pilot Denver Mills reportedly said he had taken care of the repairs.
Investigators have determined "pilot error" complicated by an electrical failure caused the crash.
