A unique partnership is helping the uninsured get needed health care. Their new program kicked off Thursday.

News on 6 anchor Craig Day visited the program on South Sheridan in Tulsa. It’s called the OU-Tulsa Bedlam Community Health Clinic at 2815 South Sheridan.

OU and OSU graduates, as well as ORU and TCC nursing students are all volunteering to help provide medical care for people in need.

150 doctors are volunteering to work 300,000 hours as part of the program. It will be open on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
