Tulsa Police arrested a possible larceny suspect Wednesday afternoon in an unusual place.

They made the arrest in the middle of the Arkansas River near 26th and Riverside. The juvenile tried to swim away during a chase, but gave up.

Police used a rescue boat to get to him and then took him to the Tulsa County jail.
