A Tulsa attorney is free on bond following his arrest on sexual battery charges. Two security guards at the Tulsa County courthouse accused Rhett Wilburn of slapping them on the behind.
One woman also told Tulsa Police that Wilburn inappropriately pressed his body against her. Court records say that incident was caught on a security tape.
