(Norman-AP) -- An indecent exposure charge is being dismissed against former Central Oklahoma coach and Oklahoma football player Ricky Brady.
Brady was accused of exposing himself to a woman in south Oklahoma City in June.
Cleveland County prosecutor Tim Kuykendall says Brady has agreed to conditions of deferred prosecution.
Kuykendall says deferred prosecution is similar to probation. He says Brady must write a letter of apology to the victim, complete 40 hours of community service, get counseling and contribute one-thousand dollars to CrimeStoppers.
The prosecutor says the victim did not object to the agreement.
Brady played for O-U from 1990 to 1993. He was hired as an assistant at U-C-O in April and resigned following his arrest.
