Des Moines, Iowa-AP) -- Cinda Hughes of Oklahoma City has been crowned Ms. Wheelchair America 2004. Contestants from 23 states and Washington D-C competed yesterday in Des Moines, Iowa. Hughes says she was overwhelmed at getting the title and called it the best week of her life.
