PROPOSITION NO. 1
(Economic Development/Boeing)

"SHALL THE COUNTY OF TULSA, OKLAHOMA, BY ITS BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, LEVY AND COLLECT A FORTY PERCENT (40%) OF ONE PERCENT (1.0%) SALES TAX FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WITHIN TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, AND/OR TO BE APPLIED OR PLEDGED TOWARD THE PAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON ANY INDEBTEDNESS, INCLUDING REFUNDING INDEBTEDNESS, INCURRED BY OR ON BEHALF OF TULSA COUNTY FOR SUCH PURPOSE, SUCH SALES TAX TO COMMENCE ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE CALENDAR QUARTER FOLLOWING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WITH BOEING OR AN AFFILIATE TO LOCATE A NEW 7E7 AIRCRAFT MANUFACTURING/ASSEMBLY FACILITY IN TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, AND CONTINUING THEREAFTER FOR THIRTEEN (13) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF SUCH TAX?"

PROPOSITION NO. 2
(Capital Improvements/American Airlines)

"SHALL THE COUNTY OF TULSA, OKLAHOMA, BY ITS BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, LEVY AND COLLECT A TWO AND ONE-HALF PERCENT (2.50%) OF ONE PERCENT (1.0%) SALES TAX TO FUND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WITHIN TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, AND/OR TO BE APPLIED OR PLEDGED TOWARD THE PAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON ANY INDEBTEDNESS, INCLUDING REFUNDING INDEBTEDNESS, INCURRED BY OR ON BEHALF OF TULSA COUNTY FOR SUCH PURPOSE, SUCH SALES TAX TO COMMENCE ON JANUARY 1, 2004, AND CONTINUING THEREAFTER TO JANUARY 1, 2017?"

(Economic Development/Education, Health Care and Events Facilities)

"SHALL THE COUNTY OF TULSA, OKLAHOMA, BY ITS BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, LEVY AND COLLECT A FORTY PERCENT (40%) OF ONE PERCENT (1.0%) SALES TAX TO FUND EDUCATIONAL, HEALTH CARE AND EVENTS FACILITIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WITHIN TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, AND/OR TO BE APPLIED OR PLEDGED TOWARD THE PAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON ANY INDEBTEDNESS, INCLUDING REFUNDING INDEBTEDNESS, INCURRED BY OR ON BEHALF OF TULSA COUNTY FOR SUCH PURPOSE, SUCH SALES TAX TO COMMENCE ON JANUARY 1, 2004, AND CONTINUING THEREAFTER TO JANUARY 1, 2017?"

(Capital Improvements/Community Enrichment)

"SHALL THE COUNTY OF TULSA, OKLAHOMA, BY ITS BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, LEVY AND COLLECT A SEVENTEEN AND ONE-HALF PERCENT (17,50%) OF ONE PERCENT (1.0%) SALES TAX FOR THE PURPOSE OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT WITHIN TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, AND/OR TO BE APPLIED OR PLEDGED TOWARD THE PAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON ANY INDEBTEDNESS, INCLUDING REFUNDING INDEBTEDNESS, INCURRED BY OR ON BEHALF OF TULSA COUNTY FOR SUCH PURPOSE, SUCH SALES TAX TO COMMENCE ON JANUARY 1, 2004, AND CONTINUING THEREAFTER TO JANUARY 1, 2017?"
