A US district court judge rejected a series of arguments Wednesday in a civil lawsuit, which claimed Stillwater Police violated an OSU studentâ€™s constitutional rights.

The woman accused four former Oklahoma State University football players of raping her in 1999. In the investigation that followed, she said two Stillwater Police officers engaged in a cover-up and destroyed evidence to protect the players.

The judge said he found no evidence to support her claims.
