The heat may be to blame for the death of a man found near a busy Tulsa intersection. 57-year-old Ronald Gray's body was found leaning on his pickup. He stopped to change a tire in the intense heat.

Tulsa Police believe that may have triggered a heart attack. He was found 8 hours later by several teenagers.

Police say it shouldn't have taken that long for someone to notice something wrong. Tulsa Police officer Andy Phillips, "A 911 call to get EMSA out there, a police officer out there, it may have saved the guy's life."

Local resident, Eddie Gene Davis, "He was there for a long time and it was surprising no other cars noticed him."

Police say if you notice someone with car trouble, especially in the summer heat, don't hesitate to call emergency crews.
