The 4th of July celebration has already started for some Broken Arrow area kids.

The Council Oaks Learning Campus at 2009 West Washington in Broken Arrow held its annual children's parade Thursday. About 200 kids from six weeks old to twelve years old were decked out in red, white and blue to parade around the parking lot.

Parents looked on as kids decorated bikes, tricycles and even strollers for the patriotic procession. This is the 4th year for the Council Oaks parade.
