Tulsa's Vision leadership committee has finalized its list for the first phase of improvements. The $885-million plan has attractions, improvements, and business incentives.
Officials say the ballot will have four issues - the first, $350 million for Boeing.
The second is $22-million for American Airlines.
The third is $350-million for higher education, healthcare, the convention center and arena, and Expo Square.
The fourth will be $157-million for community centers, the river, the aquarium and other attractions.
Included in the package is a sales tax rebate for senior citizens, that will cost about $5-million.
All of the projects will require a penny sales tax for 13 years, but if any of them fail - the tax would be less.
Tulsa County Commissioners will set the election day, which is planned for September 9th.
