(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Two Oklahoma County towns are trying to save their historic train depots.
The Jones Oklahoma Historical Society is trying to raise $25,000 for interior work on the depot. Society members are selling personalized bricks for a depot walkway.
The Harrah Historical Society says it needs a few thousand dollars and a few volunteers to help repair damage to the depot caused by a 1999 fire.
Society spokeswoman Linda Parrish says outside construction is almost complete and inside construction will begin soon.
Both towns hope to have their depots completed for museum use by next year.
