(Eufaula-AP) -- McIntosh County prosecutors say they anticipate a manslaughter charge against the brother of a former congressman who said he shot a man outside his Eufaula restaurant.
Prosecutors say a judge has given them until Monday to file charges against Lawrence Watts.
Watts, the brother of J-C Watts, could face a manslaughter charge in the shooting of Anthony Greco.
Watts' attorney has implied that the shooting was committed in the quote-``heat of passion,'' but has declined further comment.
Watts went to the county courthouse Wednesday and told authorities he had shot a man.
Greco's body was found outside Watts' restaurant.
Greco's son, Anthony Hawkins, says his father had gone to collect money he was owed for some work he did for Watts.
