Some Tulsa elementary students are lending their artistic talents to help homeless animals.
Youngsters in Matt Moffett's art camp at Zarrow International School are painting for PAWS. PAWS stands for the Pet Assistance and Welfare Society. The students are painting panels that will form a mural called "Animals in our World." Five children are assigned to paint each panel.
The mural will be used to help form a positive environment for homeless pets awaiting placement.
The mission of PAWS is to lower the number of homeless pets in the area through spay/neuter education and assistance.
