A Tulsa tradition kicked off in downtown Tulsa Thursday night. The 2003 Juneteenth Music Festival got underway, in a new location.

It's being held at the Convention Center this year, and it will cost you to get in. But there's lots of great music to enjoy, Tom Braxton was just one of Thursday nightâ€™s performers. Waymon Tisdale took the stage after him.
