What Tulsa Police first thought was a gang related shooting, in north Tulsa may turn out to be the result of a domestic dispute.

Tulsa Police arrested a woman suspected of shooting and killing a man early Tuesday morning.

Mika Baez was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of first-degree murder. Police believe she shot 38 year old Russell Roberson in the back of the head early Tuesday morning on North Madison.

Reports say the woman said the shooting was accidental.
