Closser Clobbers One - Nets a Drillers Victory

(Tulsa-AP) -- J-D Closser hit a three-run homer in the bottom of the 13th inning to break a tie and lead the Tulsa Drillers to a 6-to-3 victory over the El Paso Diablos.
The teams had been tied 3-to-3 since El Paso rallied with two runs in the eighth inning.
The victory extends Tulsa's winning streak to seven games.
Reliever Scott Dohman picked up the win, allowing no hits or runs in one inning. Chin-hui Tsao pitched six innings, allowing just two hits and one run. He struck out eight.
Jesus Silva suffered the loss, allowing three runs on one hit in one-and-two-thirds innings.
The Tulsa Drillers will be looking to extend their winning streak tonight (Thursday) in a home game against the El Paso Diablos. The game is set for 7:05 p-m.
