A man accused of killing his step-daughter is in court, on charges he sexually abused a family member.

Oscar Patterson was convicted of killing 15-year-old Tiffiany Beverly in 2000.

That conviction was overturned, but Patterson wasn't cleared.

Wagoner County prosecutors filed murder charges against Patterson four months ago and plan to try him again.

That trial date hasn't been set.

Meanwhile... Tulsa County prosecutors are going after Patterson on four charges of sexually abusing another family member. Patterson and his wife Beatrice have always claimed his innocence.
