Bartlesville-AP) -- Testimony is under way in Bartlesville in the preliminary hearing of a man accused of killing a woman 20 years ago.
The hearing this week is to determine if there's enough evidence to try Leotis Herbert Hall for murder.
Hall, also known as Leotis Wooten, is charged with killing Dorthea Stanford in May 1983 at her home.
Stanford's body was found lying on a sofa by her 9-year-old son and a barbell that's believed to be the murder weapon was found under the sofa.
Hall was jailed on a larceny charge in January when D-N-A testing linked him to the killing, leading to the murder charge.
