(Tulsa-AP) -- Tulsa's first patient with a suspected case of SARS has been released from quarantine.

Tulsa City-County Health Department officials say the man is feeling fine.

Tests from the Centers for Disease Control to confirm the SARS diagnosis are not expected for several weeks.

The man had a fever of more than 100.3 degrees and a cough. He also tested positive for the flu.

The man had an airport layover in Hong Kong on his way back from the Philippines.
