A Tulsa County woman monitored for the possibility of SARS is out of isolation.

Health officials say the woman, whose name hasn't been released, did "not" develop the breathing symptoms associated with SARS. She was isolated for 72 hours following a trip to China.

Officials also say a Tulsa County man who is Oklahoma's first suspected case of SARS is improving.
