The Tulsa City-County Health Department is monitoring a second case of what could be SARS.

A woman just back from China has developed a fever, but no other symptoms. The health department took the initial call and referred her to a local hospital. She was treated outside, and then released to go home.

Health officials are being cautious, but say this case isn't likely to be an actual case of SARS.

Officials announced Tuesday the first possible case of SARS in Tulsa County. He's in isolation at home.
