(Stillwater-AP) -- Oklahoma State University officials have given students the go-ahead to return to their rooms after bricks fell from the facade of a residence hall.
No one was injured during the incident on Saturday at Willham South but students were temporarily relocated.
A structural engineer visited the campus yesterday to start inspecting the damage to the facade.
University spokesman Nestor Gonzales says moisture had probably gotten behind the facade and then froze and expanded, loosening the bricks over time. High winds could also have contributed.
The structure of the building was reportedly not compromised.
