Stillwater- The city manager of Stillwater is calling it
quits after 20 years.

Carl Weinaug's last day at City Hall is Monday. Stillwater Mayor Larry Brown also ends his term Monday.

Brown called Weinaug a "true gentleman" who genuinely cares about Stillwater.

Weinaug says he plans to stay in Stillwater and start a second career. He hopes to go into business helping cities with planning.
