The investigation continues into a weekend fire that heavily damaged a Broken home at 3124 North 2nd Street.

Residents say they smelled smoke late Saturday night, but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. When the odor got stronger, they called the fire department. By the time firefighters arrived, the house was burning.

They think the fire started in the attic. No one was hurt.
