Here's a good news ending to a story we told you about last week. A burglar, who was accidentally released by the Tulsa County District Attorney's office, has been caught and re-arrested.
Neighbors say they caught Earnest Lee red-handed breaking into 86 year old Mildred Maxwell's backdoor. The neighbors wrestled Lee to the ground and even sat on him until Tulsa Police arrived.
However, a paperwork error meant Lee was let go, but the DA's office quickly filed charges and Lee is once again behind bars.
