(Muskogee-AP) -- A hearing for Fort Gibson school shooter Seth Trickey has been delayed a week.
The hearing Tuesday was to determine whether Trickey will be moved to a private treatment center in Texas.
His parents believe Trickey could get more intensive, personal treatment at the facility in Austin.
But his attorneys want to determine whether certain conditions of the transfer can be met. The conditions include educational, therapy and family health insurance issues.
The 16-year-old Trickey has been held at the Rader Diagnostic Center in Sand Springs since August 2000.
He wounded five of his Fort Gibson classmates when he opened fire at the school in December 1999, when he was 13.
