Tulsa Police say shots fired near Alcott elementary school in Tulsa may have injured a man who ran away before they arrived.

Officers found three shell casings, but no blood, so authorities are unsure whether anyone was hit. Some students were outside for lunch when the shots were fired, but were on the opposite side of the school.
