The Tulsa Zoo is welcoming some new residents this week. Ten rare Aldabra tortoises have hatched recently at the zoo. The 10th baby just emerged from his shell Monday.

The Tulsa Zoo is one of three zoos in the country to have successfully bred Aldabra tortoises. They may be small now, but they'll be huge when they grow up.

The males can grow to be more than 500 pounds and the females can reach almost 250 pounds.
