Federal officials have arrested a Texas man after he showed up at a Tulsa bookstore expecting to meet a 15-year-old he had communicated with over the Internet.
The FBI says Ronald James Quatruopolo of Garland, Texas, was arrested yesterday without incidence.
Quatruopolo had been corresponding with someone he thought was a 15-year-old girl, but was really an F-B-I agent.
Quatruopolo faces federal charges of using the Internet to entice a minor to engage in sex.
