(Oklahoma City-AP) -- House Speaker Larry Adair said Thursday legislation is needed to help increase business at Oklahoma's horse racing tracks.
Adair says a bill intended to help the track's could allow the tracks to offer games that are currently offered at tribal casinos.
Track officials say attendance at the tracks is dropping because of competition from the Indian casinos.
