An Oklahoman was among the group of marines who helped rescue 19 year old POW Jessica Lynch in Iraq.
The US Marine unit of Lance Corporal Daniel Johnson created a diversionary attack outside the hospital. That allowed the Special Operations team to move in to get Lynch out.
The News on 6 spoke with Johnson's family and they say they are very proud of him.
