A Tulsa Police officer patrols her beat, with a letter from her son tucked safely away inside her patrol car.
Lance Corporal Calwin Bull is a US Marine on the frontlines in Iraq. His mother received a letter from him this week, written on a scrap piece of cardboard. It was written March 11th.
In it, he talked about the sandstorms and hinted at an important mission coming up. Tonya Bull, "Lot of worry, don't know what's going on over there and you hear things. But, you get a letter and at least right then, you know he's okay."
Officer Bull's 19-year-old son is the youngest of five. He enlisted after the September 11th terrorist attacks.
